Ginzha™  was created from a simple belief: great food should make you feel something.

Inspired by late-night street food, family kitchens, and real nostalgic Chinese flavours, our chili oil is handcrafted in small batches using premium Sichuan peppercorns and all-natural ingredients - no MSG.

Led by Chef Ka Chun Chan (aka KC), each jar is carefully infused for depth, aroma, and balance — never overpowering, never artificial.

Ginzha isn’t just a condiment. It’s an experience.

Our Story

Ginzhabegan as a tiny dream and a very personal journey.

Chef KC grew up surrounded by the sounds and smells of real Chinese home cooking — where food wasn’t just food, it was love, memory, and identity. Years later, after moving abroad, he and his wife found themselves craving the deep, numbing warmth of true Sichuan flavours — but couldn’t find anything that felt real.

So he started experimenting in his own kitchen.

What began as late-night cooking sessions slowly turned into something more. Friends and family started asking for jars. Small batches were tested. Recipes were refined again and again.

One version stood out — the one that people kept coming back for.
The one that became Ginzha.

This isn’t a factory formula. It’s a recipe shaped by memory, love, and obsession with doing it right.
