Where do you ship?
We ship within Canada. United States and select international destinations coming soon!
How much is shipping?

Standard (Canada): Free on orders $54+ (before tax/discounts). Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout for orders under $54.

International: International shipping outside of Canada is currently not ready yet. Coming Soon! Charged at carrier cost based on weight and destination. Duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are usually packed within 48–72 hours (business hours) and ship via Canada Post/UPS/Purolator/FedEx/DHL or other carrier depending on the destination. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order is on the way.
Transit times

Canada: Typically 3–8 business days after carrier pickup (region-dependent).

Note: Processing and transit times may extend during launches, holidays, or extreme weather.
Gift Options
We don’t offer custom gift-wrapping at this time. Some special event or special occasion package items may already come in gift-ready packaging.
Can you add a gift note?
Yes. Add your message at checkout and we’ll print it on the packing slip.
Returns & Refunds
Food safety first.
For quality and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened food items.
Order issues (lost/damaged/wrong item)
If your package arrives damaged, missing, or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund as appropriate.
Changed your mind?
If you’re not happy with your purchase, email us within 7 days of delivery. Unopened, resaleable items may be eligible for a refund (minus shipping) at our discretion. Please do not send anything back without written instructions from our team.
