Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and Canada, and to select international destinations shown at checkout.

  • Standard (U.S./Canada): Free on orders CAD$50+ (before tax/discounts). Orders under $50 ship for a CAD$14.99 flate rate.

  • International: Charged at carrier cost based on weight and destination. Duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

Order Processing Leadtimes:  Orders are usually packed within 48–72 hours (business days) and ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL/Canada Post depending on destination. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order is on the way.

Transit Leadtimes:

  • Canada: Typically 4–8 business days after carrier pickup (region-dependent).

  • United States: Not available just yet. Coming soon.
  • International: Not available just yet. 

Note: Processing and transit times may extend during launches, holidays, or extreme weather.


Gift Options

We don’t offer custom gift-wrapping at this time. Some special event or special occasion package items may already come in gift-ready packaging.

Can you add a gift note?
Yes. Add your message at checkout and we’ll print it on the packing slip.


Returns & Refunds

Food safety first.
For quality and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened food items.

Order issues (lost/damaged/wrong item)
If your package arrives damaged, missing, or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund as appropriate.

Changed your mind?
If you’re not happy with your purchase, email us within 7 days of delivery. Unopened, resaleable items may be eligible for a refund (minus shipping) at our discretion. Please do not send anything back without written instructions from our team.
