Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada, and to select international destinations shown at checkout.

How much is shipping?

  • Standard (Canada): Free on orders $50+ (before tax/discounts). Orders under $50 ship for a CAD$14.99 flat rate.

  • International: Charged at carrier cost based on weight and destination. Duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. International shipping outside of Canada is currently not ready yet. Coming Soon!

How fast do you ship?
Orders are usually packed within 48–72 hours (business days) and ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL/Canada Post depending on destination. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order is on the way.

Transit times

  • Canada: Typically 3–8 business days after carrier pickup (region-dependent).

  • United States: Not available yet. Coming Soon!
  • International: Not available yet. Coming Soon!

Note: Processing and transit times may extend during launches, holidays, or extreme weather.


Returns & Refunds

Food safety first.
For quality and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened food items.

Order issues (lost/damaged/wrong item)
If your package arrives damaged, missing, or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund as appropriate.

Changed your mind?
If you’re not happy with your purchase, email us within 7 days of delivery. Unopened, resaleable items may be eligible for a refund (minus shipping) at our discretion. Please do not send anything back without written instructions from our team.

Storage & Shelf Life

Do Ginzha Chili Oils need refrigeration?
Refrigeration after opening is recommended and helps maintain peak freshness over time. Always use a clean, dry utensil to access the chili oil to avoid introducing moisture and other unwanted bacteria into the chili oil and jar.

Best-Before Dates
Check the best-before on the jar/box. As with most oils and spices, aroma and flavor slowly mellow with time—still safe when stored properly, just less punchy.


Ingredients & Dietary Info

  • Vegan-friendly: Our chili oil and spice blends contain no animal products.

  • No artificial flavors or colors.

  • Allergens: See individual product pages and packaging label for full ingredient lists and allergen statements. Produced in a facility that may also handle common allergens including eggs, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts and seafood.
