Food safety first.
For quality and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened food items.

Order issues (lost/damaged/wrong item)
If your package arrives damaged, missing, or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund as appropriate.

Changed your mind?
If you’re not happy with your purchase, email us within 7 days of delivery. Unopened, resaleable items may be eligible for a refund (minus return shipping fees) at our discretion. Please do not send anything back without written instructions from our team.
